Here at Little Shed of Beers we aim to bring something that little bit special to any event. If you are already looking to treat your guests to an on site bar it means you’re looking for something you just can’t get from your local supermarket. That’s where we stand proudly above the rest.

We exclude no one. We have every one covered.

We have options for people who know what they like and there’s no changing their mind. We also cater for people that like to live a little dangerously and try something new and different. We also love someone who’s willing to take that once in a lifetime opportunity to try something they may never see again. All will be available on the day, so you have the opportunity to start safe and get some Dutch courage to work your way up to trying something a little different. We partner with a range of local microbreweries and distilleries to bring you the best from across the South West, whilst also working with more mainsteam distributers to make sure we have no one with a empty glass!

KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE.

We believe everything is a lot easier when you just keep it simple. That’s why we offer three packages that provide various payment methods, allowing you to choose the one that is the most suitable for you and your event.

PRE PAID BAR

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

This is the option where all your guests will love you forever and your event passes into the world of myths and legends.

You will have a fully stocked bar for everyone to enjoy (as long as the drinks hold out!) and you will settle the final bill either at the end of the evening or via invoice which will be required to be paid within 7 days of issue.

We will of course email you a copy of the receipt if requested along with an itemised list from the day so you can marvel out how much your friends and family can drink when a pre paid bar is available.

PAY AS YOU GO

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

It’s as simple as simple gets. We rock up with our shed full of liquid goodies and your guests purchase liquid hydration as and when required, either via cash or card.

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

An amount can be agreed before the event to which when the bar bill has reached that amount the bar then becomes “Pay as you Go” with your guests paying for individual drinks there after, either via cash or card payments.

We can also arrange for this pre paid amount to take the form of drink tokens which can be provided for you to give out to whom you deem worthy! This just makes sure everyone gets their fair share.

The pre arranged amount will be payable on the day of the event.

If the bar doesn’t exceed the amount pre paid, we will of course issue you a refund for the difference along with an itemised list of the liquid nectar consumed, this may take a couple of days for the bank to stop dragging their feet and for it to clear back into your account.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING PACKAGES

WELCOME DRINKS AND TABLE WINE

Looking for a few bottles of bubbly to welcome all your friends and family?

Whether it be Prosecco, Champagne or a selection of Wines for the table during your sit down meal, we are more than happy to work with you to get the pairing just right.

We are a small bar with a maximum of 3 staff on at any one time, so unfortunately we are not able to provide staff to serve the welcome drinks or table wine but I’m sure you might be able to bribe a friend or two to help out on the day.

Once we have confirmed your requirements (product, qty and price range), we can put together a package for the welcome drinks and table wine which will be payable the same time as the remainder of the booking fee (two weeks before the event).

Any left over Wine, Champagne or Prosecco is all yours to take home after the event.

FEES

HIRING FEE: £200

For all packages there is a flat rate hiring fee that will need to be paid in two stages. A small holding fee of £50 is to secure the bar for the date or date(s) chosen and the remaining £150, due 14 days before the event, allows us to prepare the bar and sort out any licences required in advance.

BORING LEGAL DETAILS:

The £50 holding fee is refundable for up to 2 weeks before your event. Once the remaining £150 has been paid, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the event, unfortunately the full £200 is no longer refundable, as licences and stocking fees will already have been paid. If the event needs to be moved to another date we will of course try and help wherever we can…we’re not monsters.
